I was suffering from tight shoulders and a stiff neck with limited movement. Francesca approached my problem in a logical, methodical and professional manner. I have previously been disappointed with 'soothing' back massages so was impressed with Francesca's ability to quickly target and treat problem areas. Her comprehensive knowledge of muscles and how the body works was very evident. I now have a much greater range of movement in my neck and am largely pain free. Thanks Francesca.

Francesca offers a very thorough and comprehensive evaluation, and tries to gets to the root of the problem. I have found her techniques to be extremely beneficial, she has focused on deep tissue problems in my hips, which have been unmanageably painful. During a very long wait for a referral to Physiotherapist, Francesca helped to make sure my hip pain was alleviated, and helped prepare my body for the physio sessions. Whilst sports massage may prove relaxing to some, it requires a commitment for both the practitioner and the client to work within the pain it may cause.

The relief Francesca brings is well worth it, and I'm pleased to keep up my bi-weekly session to maintain my improved health and posture, and reduced pain.

I work in an office and have had problems with my back, neck and shoulders for years. I also get tension headaches. Francesca’s massage style relieves these problems and has lasting effects. She intuitively finds the problem areas and uses a range of techniques to release the muscles.

Sixty years old and a lifetime of abuse and neglect have left my body a minefield of aches and pains that tend to surface at inopportune moments.
Initially resistant of seeking help I have found Francesca’s encouraging and supporting massage to be of great use in not only relieving pain in neck and back but helpful in the advice and support in preventing reoccurrence.

What can I say!! After many years I can now put on my socks without firstly having to sit down. Francesca has managed to iron out a few old wounds and I am certainly feeling more supple. All credit to her.

How I wish I had met Francesca years ago, since starting treatment with her a few months ago my life has literally changed for the better. I have suffered with chronic and often persistent back and neck pain for over 15 years. I must admit that I was initially sceptical that something as "simple" as massage could work for me but having had medical procedures and tried many alternative practices I felt I had nothing to lose. Wow, what a transformation, on top of the pain relief the added benefits of massage are deep relaxation and for me stress release. I knew I had found the right solution and practitioner after only a couple of sessions and I cannot recommend Francesca highly enough, she is always so lovely and understanding and I really look forward to our regular sessions.
